1. How much do advertisements cost?
There are a number of different pricing plans ranging from free text Tack & Equipment ads to $100 Featured Horse ads. For more about our ad plans and options, click HERE.

2. How do I place an advertisement?
To place an ad you must first register on the site. Once you are registered and logged in, click on Add Listing and begin filling in your information.

3. How do I pay for my advertisement?
Payment can be made via Paypal which is integrated into this site. You may also pay via check, however this will slow down your listing being posted as we have to allow for the check to arrive, clear, etc. Checks should be made out to:

4. Why isn't my ad showing up yet?
All ads are manually approved so that we can check for typos, missing information, etc. In most situations, all purchased ads will be approved within 24-48 hours after being placed.

5. How do I edit my ad or mark it Sold?
Ads may be edited by logging into your account and click on Browse Listings, and then Modify or Delete to make associated changes.

6. How do I include video in my advertisement?
Extendedtrot.com does not host video, but does allow you to embed video in your ads from other video hosting sites such as YouTube, Google Videos, etc. All you have to do is copy and paste the embed code into the Video field when you are placing or editing your ad, and it will appear on your listing.

7. The breed of my horse is not listed - can you add it?
Historically this has been a Saddlebred specific site, however we realize that many of you also have Hackneys, Friesians, etc. so we added those here as well. If there is another breed you would like to add, just email us and let us know.
